Okay Wavies. Hear me out. I know all of us have dreamt of walking the same streets our favorite characters cried on, or theyβve walked on, or standing in the same place where our bias filmed the legendary comeback teaser. ‘Cause weβre now in love with every part of K-drama and now want to be there. Right?
Well, now guess what? I finally did it. And now Iβm giving you the ultimate 7-day Seoul K-pop and K-drama itinerary you can steal for your next trip. You’re welcome. π β¨
Letβs go day-by-day, fangirl to fangirl (or fanboyβwe see you!)
Day 1: Land in Seoul & Dive Into Drama Feels at Namsan Tower

Jet-lagged? Who cares! The moment you land at Incheon, just grab your own T-money card from the convenience store, go to your hotel room, freshen up, and for the first place, head straight to Namsan Tower or Seoul Tower. Because thatβs the place where we all dreamt our dreamy or imaginary love would start, just like we always saw in K-dramas.
Remember all those scenes from My Love From the Star, Boys Over Flowers, Business Proposal, True Beauty, when the phone rang and so many more K-drama scenes? Yup, it all happened here. Take the cable car or hike up (if you’re feeling athletic… I wasn’t π), and donβt forget to bring your own love lock! You know, just in case fate throws a K-drama lead your way.
Pro tip: Go just before sunset. The city lights + tower view = next-level romantic.
Day 2: SM, HYBE, JYPβLet the K-pop Pilgrimage Begin

This day is ALL about the K-pop. π₯
Start with the HYBE Insight Museum in Yongsan. The visuals? INSANE. Youβll see BTS stage outfits, digital experiences, and rare behind-the-scenes stuff. I cried, not gonna lie. π
Next, hop over to SM Town at COEX Artium. There’s a VR zone, merch store, and even places where you can pretend youβre being interviewed like an idol. I was living my NCT dream. Wrap the day up at the JYP Building in Seongnae-dong. You canβt go in, but fans leave letters and gifts outside. I left a sticky note for TWICE and nearly died when another fan replied with βMOMO is QUEEN.β We bonded instantly.
Day 3: K-Drama Hotspots Tour β Goblin, Crash Landing, Itaewon Class
Today is for the iconic locations you’ve seen a hundred times from your bed at 2 a.m. First stop: Tosokchon Samgyetang, the restaurant from Itaewon Class! The ginseng chicken soup is legendary and even more comforting after knowing Park Sae-ro-yi once ate here. π
Then head to Duksung Womenβs University stone wall roadβthe famous place from Goblin. If youβve ever wanted to reenact the scene where Eun-tak holds Goblinβs hand and summons him… yep, this is the place. Later, stroll along Seokchon Lake, the dreamy backdrop of Crash Landing on You. I swear you can feel Yoon Se-riβs energy there. Take photos. Cry. Be dramatic. Itβs all part of the experience. π
Day 4: K-Star Road + Gangnam Style Moment + Cafe Hopping

Letβs go boujee.
Start at K-Star Road in Apgujeong. Itβs a literal road with cute GangnamDols (idol bear statues) for BTS, EXO, SHINee, and more. Itβs free, fun, and so photo-worthy.
Then hit Gangnam Station for a little dance break at the Psy statue. Yep, that βOppa Gangnam Styleβ statue is real. π Even the locals giggle at tourists trying the horse dance.
After that, cafΓ© hop around Garosu-gil and Cheongdam-dong. Make sure you visit Cafe De One Piece, Cafe Drama & Books. ‘Cause they are cafes themed like a filming set. I swear the vibes are screaming Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo.
Day 5: Go for Filming Studio Day at MBC World or Yongin Daejanggeum Park
Wanna walk inside a real K-drama set? THIS is your day.
MBC World in Sangam-dong is Seoulβs first broadcasting theme park. You can record yourself acting in famous dramas (YES, seriously), take pics with holograms of idols, and see the actual sets from shows like W: Two Worlds and She Was Pretty.
If you have one day trip, then head to the Yongin Daejanggeum Park. This is the palace where most of the historic K-dramas are filmed. There, youβll feel like youβve come to the Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo palace. For real. You just want to wear a hanbok and cry like Hae Soo to relive the drama again.
Day 6: Idol Spottings + Underground Shopping + Han River Picnic
Itβs time for some spontaneous idol spotting and shopping therapy. Start at CafΓ© The Minβs (owned by 2AMβs Changmin). Idol-run cafes are great for fans and low-key aesthetic goals.
Then dive into Myeongdong Underground Shopping. Tons of K-beauty, idol merch, and photo booths with AR filters. I got BTS socks, ATEEZ postcards, and almost blew my budget in an hour. End your day at Hangang Park for a sunset picnic by the Han River. Grab some convenience store ramyeon, chicken, and banana milk. Thatβs what they do in dramas, right? π You’ll feel like the female lead waiting for her first love who just happens to show up with a blanket.
Day 7: Visit Last Convenience Store, Drama Cafe, Do Fan Shopping + Cry Because Youβre Leaving

Yeap, it is the last day of your Seoul trip. Buttttt thereβs still some time you have for your final exploring.
So yes, till now I wasnβt talking about convenience stores, ’cause when weβre visiting Korea, itβs a mandatory thing for everyone to visit a convenience store. For those who donβt watch K-dramas or K-pop, itβs just an ordinary, necessary place. But for us, itβs like our dreamy late-night K-drama place or the place where most of our male or female main leads work as part-time workers. So visit your last-day convenience store.
Then head to Dal.Komm Coffeeβyes, the Descendants of the Sun cafΓ©! You can sit where Song Joong-ki sat. My preference? Order their Caramel Macchiato. I personally liked it.
Then go for KAKAO Friends Store and Line Friends Store in Hongdae or Myeongdong. These are more than storesβtheyβre a whole mood. Youβll find BT21 merch, photo spots, and themed rooms for selfies. I took 78 photos in the Chimmy section. No regrets.
And before heading to the airport, take one last walk in Hongdae. Watch a street performance, buy a final piece of idol merch, and cry a little. I did.
Final Thoughts: Seoul Through a K-Fanβs Eyes
Every corner of Seoul feels familiar because we’ve all seen it a hundred times through our screens. But living it? Being there in the actual locations, hearing Korean all around you, eating ramyeon while staring at the Han Riverβit hits different. Like, really different.
This wasnβt just a trip. It was therapy. It was healing. So now, if youβre a fan whoβs been dreaming of Seoul, then donβt wait on yourself. Start planning. And when you go, tag me in your pics. I want to cry over your journey too. ππ
Till next time, Waviesβkeep exploring, keep fangirling, and keep falling in love with Korean culture. β¨
